At Rago Fabrication, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn, unwashed apparel. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack your items in their original shipping box or a similar secure mailer, ensuring all original tags and protective liners are included.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
